Sir mai diploma holder hu mechnical se. 1 year se 16 k salary par operator ki post par hu samjh nahi aa rha ki kya karu koi growth nahi dikh rha hai. Job karu ya quit kar k automobile sector me chala jau . Samaj nahi aa rha . Please suggest me kya karu. Operator ki post se growth hogi ya nahi.

@arpitkumarrai3863 utility job is available in every organisation and valuable in healthcare, fmcg, chemical, refineries, etc. But automobile is separate section. But you take advantage in both. What first opportunity you get in anyone. But leave the operator job
