Kajukenbo: Hammer Fists.
Hammer Fists might seem like an old school way of punching but it can add a lot to your arsenal. One of the main differences between this way of punching and a "regular way of punching" with your fist is that your hand is going to be more protected because there is an extra padding on the side of the hand that can make it safer for your hands, although there is still a risk of hurting your small finger when you do so. I think the main benefit of this type of punches is the alignment. It is easier to align your fist with the rest of the arm and thus transmit the power through it since it is harder (and unnatural) to bend your fist inwards or outwards. Another benefit is the lots of angles you can strike with by switching slightly the position of your hand. I hope you like this video. Stay positive you all.
