LOL -- I saw you sneak that sugar in there! ;-) Looks marvelous, though. And so easy. Time to go looking for pork belly. It's not always easy to find in my area. Thank you Shaulan!

I know asians like braised pork belly but I really wonder if it's the best use for it. It's so fatty that you have to skim off all the oil anyway and to get your money's worth you have to eat the fat tissue, so might as well roast it and eat it all.

Looks good. I'm not a big fan of pork belly. Do you have a good suggestion for an alternative cut?

Thank you! If you’re not a fan of pork belly, you can try using pork shoulder as an alternative. It has a good balance of meat and fat, staying tender during slow cooking while still absorbing the flavours beautifully. Pork ribs could also work for a slightly leaner option with great texture.

You really should make an outro. The last 18-20 seconds of your already fairly short videos have the overlays for the suggested video and your channel often obscure details at the end.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and pointing that out! We’ve adjusted it for this video and will be reviewing and making similar adjustments across the rest of our videos. Appreciate the feedback!
