Good information....but what is the contribution of sir during his tenure as TOP level Engineer of BBmP in his tenure...many planning meeting must have happened in his presence or participation...when in position they enjoyed all powers without adding a inputs w believe...atleast he can guide present team provided if they listen to him...but position hierarchy may not allow themselves to consider external inputs..

Mr Shivaramu, I have immense respect for your knowledge about history and geography of Bangalore, but when you say that public doesn't have responsibility that they built house next to strom water drains. What were the sub register offices doing while the revenue properties were being registered and what was BBMP doing while giving Khata and collecting tax till date??? Everyone has taken bribe including the MLAs and ministers, 99% of the public were not aware of anything about strom water drains or lakes. Can Government give back the taxes paid by people all these years if not even people cannot give away their lands just like that.
