🔺️The triangular movement or the MOOLACHAVUTTU has been used in many tribal cultures of southern India...
💪💪💪
It is an effective way to train for speed and to enhance one's reflexes...

Practicing your moves in close range will help you in many ways like...
..BEING ABLE TO BLOCK AN ATTACK FROM ALL DIRECTIONS ..
😱😱😱
kalaripayattu is an art which looks forward to bringing the exaggerated movement of joints and muscles..

Love the triangle concept, in a lot of martial arts, the triangle is the strongest form, but to attack and defend within the triangle is simply brilliant!!! Great video👍

Brother beauty of channel is that you guys are teaching people in a fun way, using humour & you genuinely looks like you enjoy while doing so. Its so fun to watch while getting educated too. See other karate channels are not bad but the teachers there are always looking serious & talking like a programmed robots like they are sad with their lives & not enjoying which might not be the actual scenerio but they do so to look tough & disciplined. You guys are sending the right messege to our youth that one can be disciplined, tough & a master in martial art while maintaining a enjoyable lifestyle! Keep up the good work! 👍

Good moves. The second and third drill is Wingchun Drill. Blocking and attaching at the same time is also same as wingchun principle. I am a wingchun practitioner. Karate and wingchun are all from White crane style in mainland China. White crane style is developed based from Shaolin Budha temple material arts. They were all from an Indian monk according to legend. So everything can be traced back to India. So it's not surprised me.

In Japanese martial arts this movement of a technique blending the block and strike is called Sashi Te. Let me try to describe an Example of that which available within pinan sono ni (nidan) ; the last but one step on either side we have ‘yonhon nukite’ four finger spear hand attack to the eyes. It’s a very quick movement just like your dad illustrated when he demonstrated the advanced movement in this video, except in the kata the block is a rising block contact from underneath as opposed to top down. first part of this move in bunkai is a block or parry against incoming punch continuing to go towards attacking the eyes linearly in immediate counter. Nice video sir keep them coming. Osu
