Dry, old bone is not usually conductive. This i know because i have animal skulls and droped one on a shockey, old power bar. When i had to pick it almost nothing happend, the jaw broke but not electricity. If your wondering, I had a taxidermist remove the skulls of past pets. Its weird and "kinda gross, also sad" in the words of my "normal" friends. I think its cool.
