The lots for the first two houses are small and lack privacy. The second house is quite large, good for a large family. The third house has a great lot, and with a significant investment could be my favorite.

439 yes you could accommodate your Island with the decorative wood and the granite marble top but you would need to remove the half wall separating one room to the other and you could use the dividing flooring from carpet tile marble whatsoever for the kitchen for the adjacent room dining table area and then you would have a freed up area environment from the clutter from that half wall if you were to add your Island we could accommodate that for you sir yes sir right away sir

Kaleb!! Happy Sunday. 🤔. No price. Guess they may vary. Ok 1st home. Nice front elevation. Odd view on entry. En-suite always a plus. Definitely dated. Don’t think it’s spacious for a living and dining space. Bedrooms a nice size. Kitchen needs to be gutted. Glad there’s another everyday sitting room. The primary closet a little small. Big room. Bath a little small but can update and make nice. Ditch the tub. Pool is nice. The seller for $359. Not bad. Agreed. Has potential. 2nd home lovely front elevation. 2900 sq ft. Big. Nice view. Clean is right. 😂. Don’t like the columns. Cuts the flow. Wonder if load bearing. Unique flooring. Actually nice. Kitchen ok. A little dated. 1/2 bath. Would add a sink in the laundry. Like the screened in patio. Definitely add a pool. Nice loft. Bedrooms spacious. Don’t like 3 beds to one bath. Nice primary. Updates yes. Nice closet. Not bad at all. 3rd home again nice elevation. $299????? Great price. Throw another $100k in to update. Hopefully that’s enough. Agreed. Has potential. Spacious bath. Decent size beds. Hey Kaleb, I just watched your latest Video. The First Home in my own opinion really needed to be upgraded, The Kitchen should be Guttered, that is dated. Removed the Carpet, Please! Asking Price $359,000 is way to pricy, but Once they do the upgrade it's should be in the money. The 2nd Home is very large, but pretty nice. The 3rd Home has All the Potential, but by all means Gut the Kitchen, starting all over. Upgrade Everything in the Home, I don't even believe it has a Dishwasher "Yikes" What's going with the broken Window, and Big Holes in the Doors. Upgrade Everything from Top to Bottom. Price of $299,000 is not that Bad. Kaleb Loved the Videos. ❤️
