I have not seen an IAS officer with world class Patriotism , Dutifulness , Service Mind , Honesty , Acting against Adarma and developing any department in world class standard . They are not leaders but Government Servants , That is why our India has not become another Singapore . They are selfish , Hypocrites and cheats .one or some may be exceptions but overall , they have not proved that they are worth for the respect they are given .
