This is great and very well done. The last video I saw of this, the guy was making the video while driving down the freeway. It is hard taking a lawyer seriously when they are explaining what the legal statutes require, while breaking them and endangering lives himself. Thank you for this.

Is is legal to register incorporation on virtual business address and Is it possible to prepare coporate minute book by ourself?

You are not required to obtain a lawyer to incorporate for you. You may certainly do so on your own. Yes, you may certainly also prepare the minute book documents on your own as well. However, take care to ensure that you have met all of your obligations under the Canada Business Corporations Act or Ontario Business Corporations Act regarding the required resolutions necessary under law.

@@KalfaLaw Thanks, this would be a long task. I will give it a shot. Thanks for this youtube channel, Young entrepreneurs are always seeking this kind of content. Please continue to prepare more videos like that. I have no Idea of term "Corporate Minute book". Surely there are lots of video explaning this concept but like me most of people do not know either it is require or not or have no clue about it.

Hi, I want to incorporate companies for clients and need to purchase share certificates where I can fill in the company name etc myself. I tried to purchase the certificates from Dye & Durham but the certificates only come with a border. Is there software I can purchase to do this?

Hey Mary, Do Process has a software called Fast Company that will print share certificates. Best of luck.
