Outstanding stuff. Would love to see more knee and elbow work or other open hand striking, especially combinations and set-ups.

@@kalicenter also plan to mix it with some the other arts of which actively happen to be a mix of Judo, BJJ an some Karate an Muay Thai even though BJJ I like for the need of a good ground game when most weapons an vast majority of strikes arent gonna work or be very helpful. But like you an others have said. Need to be well rounded. Liked what have seen since discovered your school an programs

Awsome as usual Guru Paul, I've done all these, except the kali version of step side , side kick without relative hip rotation and forwarding the power and motion of that kick, I like it, I have accidentally done that while sparring and got jammed or I wasn't fast enough on my execution and it still placed well, however watching your instruction on I'll be doing that especially since it's Kali, thank you again, Guru Paul I. You cool dude.

Great video Mr Ingram :D you don’t mind if you put in more dumog/grappling techniques. I’m very curious to the Kali way of grappling, I’m a Gracie jiu jitsu fan too :3

I’ve been training Kali since I was 15 with many teachers. It’s been 25 years of study.

@@kalicenter you are lucky, have you ever tried to invent some your own movements ? or all you learned is from those teachers ?

Please show more strikes with the elbows knees and head and any other empty hand Kali strikes, too many Martial arts these days are sport based and don’t allow for elbow strikes most of the time yet the elbows can cause so much damage to an opponent in a self defence situation

This reminds me a lot of Burmese Bando or at least the USA version of it.
