that is a lot of cardio, I do bodybuilding,(athletic-build/strength training) now , I hate cardio work - it's not conducive for building muscle , believe it or not. But looks like I'll have to get back to doing it, even though throwing weight around is a cardio workout in it's own right. Need the foot work training. Great video.

Question: do you know the cross footwork (➕✖️)from doblete rapilon and José Ména? I focus on it and totally different from PKT or other styles. It took me a few days before to reprogram some of my move on the footwork in the form of the cross;now I understand the power of it. Have to stay on side all the long. I do work your routines since close 2 years but I believe I haven’t seen this kind of « matador style » yet into your routine ( I believe). It does seem to be known that much. Do you know Doblete Rapilon? It might bring new drills into your vids whom are very powerfull and interesting in “sparring”. Tomorrow , I will work some of your empty hands routines linked to the proper footwork.

@@rodolphedilscher5321 I know but I disagree. He basically showed multiple variations of the V-Step which are in fact just 2 different techniques. I would have shown: boxing step and slide boxing turn V-step inverted V-step T-step Ranging and at the end I would have shown a taped floor pattern or a freeflow in which every technique is combined intuitively

@@wiezumteufel9024 yep 👍🏼 do your videos then to show what you are thinking the best to train to manipulate weapons. ;)
