it's better you first get architectural plan then you will be able to know the exact amount you need to spend on that than working on predictions..

Don't create fear in people's dreams.. if one is capable we ought to show him or her the way to do it. So it's her to choose whether she capable or not...

But that's the truth. You know it's better to live on reality than making a situation seem easy . Alot of engineers will give a client an under quotation on building materials needed inorder to start a project only for the client to realise that they need way more money than expected and planned. Then only to end the project on plinth wall and grass later grows into the foundation. Kalina or storey house has no formular it is expensive wether one likes or not. Go in it with pure expectations that you will have to encounter costs much higher than a bungalow. Dreaming and having future aspirations in life is a good thing but however make sure that your financial capability can match with your aspirations otherwise its better to live in reality.
