What's wrong with Kamal hassan statements? Is it only govt responsibility, citizens don't have responsibility ? First drinking citizen is responsible, second his family is responsible , 3rd relatives are responsible, 4 th neighbours are responsible.5 the police are responsible, 6 th govt responsible.... Always blaming the govt , people don't think about the future of a country or family. wife and husband both will work but the husband only drinks ...what's the logic here? They find reasons to drink even if they know it is harmful to health. If they are sick , govt treatment, govt medicines , if it's serious then the govt gives compensation, then divorce pension, then some other divorce schemes ...This is the main reason the country is in debt .
