I’ve been diagnosed with depression for years. Anxiety and borderline as well…. Over the last few weeks this has been a regular occurance. Not every night but a lot. One night I went to bed at 830ish woke up at 2am didn’t go back to sleep till 5am and woke up at 7am for work. Other nights, same thing. Bed around 9, wake up at 1am don’t sleep till 3-4am and up at 7am for work or weekends yes 12pm

Hey Kris. I've been struggling with chronic depression most of my life and the last few years have been very difficult. I got laid off when everything shut down 2 years ago and I've lost a few friends to the covid. Depression sucks and I've been binge watching KZbin all day for months now. 4:05. I'm sure everyone knows at least on exception to that statement. Whenever I go to my friend's house, his chihuahua will literally do everything he can to get our attention. Like we'll be on the couch playing videogames, and his Chihuahua will hoist himself onto the couch like he's rock climbing, then he proceeds to try and squeeze his head between our hands and the grips of the controllers. It's absolutely adorable
