Kalorik Cup Cakes, Bake VS Fry!

This Cupcake Recipe will be below and was fun and easy to make. I did not use frosting as I found them to taste really sweet as is. I personally don't like to go overboard with the sweets, so feel free to use your favorite toping recipe and have fun with it.
Cup Cake Recipe:
Pre Heat oven to 310degF
Air Fry Cook at 310 for 10-12mins
Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup
Hot Water 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2cup
Egg (1 small)
Vanilla 1 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Baking Powder 3/4 tsp
Baking Soda 3/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
1. Mix cocoa with hot water to really mix well the cocoa.
2. Add Sugar, Oil, Milk and egg well. "At this point I was not worried about technique, I just wanted everything very evenly mixed".
3. Sift and add the flour, this helps remove any lumps or unevenness from the flour. Also add the baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. You can allow the mix to rest or just add into the baking tray.
And that is it. They taste moist and sweet. Best served right after the final rest.

The accessories you can watch the first video on my channel. It has been a while lol. They have newer models, but it was a bit pricy, at 250USD. My reason for purchasing this model was for the 500 degrees F limit. Most air fryers won't reach that high. So for the money I would spend for something close, I wanted to make sure I had all the power.
