My kalotermes colony have eggs for almost 4 month, but still no larvae. Could it be becouse of high moisture, becouse i on this video it is much less than mine?

They can deal with high moisture (and are recomended to be kept in cca 80%RH or even highier). Their incubation can be quite long, I know this waiting too. After 4 months you can expect first larvae for sure (if they did not eat clutch which you observed before 4 months and layed another clutch within time in between). Just dont stress the termites too often. Their incubation is a bit mystery for me too, as I´ve read it takes just 60 days but I observe that it definitely takes longer time.

@@PolistesSK Should I wet the wood? Or just create a high moisture air?

@@bcebockpytoc6495 Do both. Do not soak the wood but moist it of course (place paper tissue moistened just-enough on the wood for few days). And place their whole box into bigger box with wet substrate, this helps to hold the high moisture.
