Another little tip to add, is that even though its all enclosed and might seem like actual charcoal placement doesnt matter, it still does. The closer it is to the sides the hotter it burns and putting it to close to edges can also restrict airflow. I usually put charcoals touching the walls during warmup, and then doing few puffs and after minute or two moving charcoals all the way to the center. 30 mins or so in usually move them closer to the edge again but never touching to allow for airflow. And other 30 mins in, cleaning and rotating charcoals. That approach seems to be working with most shishas.

Their website. They are crazy expensive tho. Cheap hookahs suck avoid them at all costs. But I’ve never smoked anything worth more than like 150-200 bucks.

how do you take off the bottom when you want to change the head? For example.. the shisha in my current head is done and i need to make a new head. tongs do not quite grip the bottom of the lotus 2 to lift it up without burning yourself. the key also does not lift up the bottom of the lotus 2. it makes for a pretty difficult experience for wanting to continue smoking.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I purchased the lutos 2 with the samsairs bowl for over a 2 monsth now, I believe it's not worth the cost, the charcoal black out Crazy fast I have tried more then 20 different brand and type of Coconut coals all the same,

It’s worth it imo. Try to flip the coal halfway through. Also don’t use instant coal. We use coconara. They make a dense cube version as well which are full size cubes.

I’m with you man. Horribly overrated products. I spent over $100 on an aluminum Samsaris and Lotus+. Barely any smoke after 20 mins with 2 coco nara coals, coals blacking out, wind up scorching the shisha adding more coals desperately trying to get a decent hit, wind up using more coals, more shisha and making more mess having to constantly screw with it. Significant step backward from clay and foil. Kaloud sells image, not performance.
