വീട്ടിലുള്ള ആൾക്കു OCD ഉണ്ട്. കൈ കഴുകി കഴുകി തൊലി വരെ പോയ അവസ്ഥ ആണ്. Psychology പഠിക്കുന്ന മുൻപ് വിചാരിച്ചു soap allergy ആണെന്ന്. പക്ഷെ പിന്നീട് ആണ് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയത് ocd ആണ് എന്ന്. വീട് clean ചെയ്യാതെ ഇരുന്നാൽ വീട്ടിൽ എന്നും ചെയ്ത routine ചെയ്തില്ല എങ്കിൽ പാത്രം വക്കുന്നത് അതെ സ്ഥാനം മാറി എങ്കിൽ തുണി ആൾ പറയുന്ന രീതിയിൽ മടക്കിയില്ല എങ്കിൽ ഭയങ്കര anxiety restlessness ആണ്. Covid time ല് GERD & insomnia ല് നിന്നാണ് സ്വന്തമായി എന്തോ psychological issue ഉള്ളത് തോന്നിയത്. പിന്നീട് conservative orthodox family പറയുന്നത് കേൾക്കാതെ psychiatrist നേ ഒറ്റക്ക് പോയി കണ്ടു. OCPD ഉണ്ടെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞു. Medication കുറച്ച് കൊണ്ട് വന്നു ഇപ്പൊൾ സ്വയം തിരിച്ചറിവിൽ പലതും തിരുത്തുവാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു. Work is God to OCPD. വേറൊന്നിലും സന്തോഷം കണ്ടെത്തുവാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.

ഐഷു പറഞ്ഞത് സത്യാണു. എന്റെ അമ്മ OCD ആണു. ചെറുപ്പത്തിലെ ഉള്ളതാണ്. അന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് അത് തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ കഴിയാതെ പോയി. അമ്മയുടെ കല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞു. അച്ഛൻ പ്രവാസിയായിരുന്നു. ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടറ്റം കൂട്ടിമുട്ടിക്കാൻ പാടുപെടുന്നതിനിടയില് അവർ ഒന്നിച്ച് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് വളരെ കുറച്ച് സമയം മാത്രം. പിന്നീട് ഞാൻ വലുതാകുന്നതിനനുസരിച്ച് അമ്മയുടെ പ്രശ്നം തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ തുടഞി. എന്റെയും അനിയന്റെയും കുട്ടിക്കാലം ശരിക്കും നരകമായിരുന്നു. അപ്പോഴും അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു എന്താണ് ശരിക്കുമുള്ള പ്രശ്നമെന്ന്. 45 വയസു കഴിഞ്ഞു ശരിക്കും അത് തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നേരം. ഒരപാട് വൈകിപ്പോയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോളുംപ്രശ്നമാണു. എന്നാലും കുറച്ചച്ചൊക്കെ മാറ്റമുണ്ട്. കുട്ടിക്കാലം ഓർക്കുന്നേരം ഇപ്പോളും കരച്ചിലു വരും. അത്രയേറെ അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പറഞ്ഞാല് ആരും വിശ്വസിക്കില്ല.

Interviewer should have done a proper research before interviewing the guest. Its very unprofessional to say I didn’t know you had ocd to the guest, when she herself has done an entire video explaining in detail. If so, atleast some more relevant questions regarding it could have been asked. The only saving grace is Aishwarya’s flow of speech in all her answers. Highly disappointed in Pooja as her previous interviews were much better.
