The jar is a fantastic tip. I also have trouble with my hands. I get frustrated with blading the Mokume Gane, this will help tremendously. Thank you.

Yes, it makes things so much easier. With me it's because of my hands, I have nerve damage and I can't always control the depth I'm getting into, I have days and days. This is why the jar technique is so good.

So, when you did the reverse with the black in the center of the jelly roll, did you make a skinner blend with the black and colors like you would with the white and other colors? I hope that makes sense!
@KalyanaDesignTutorials
@KalyanaDesignTutorials 7 жыл бұрын
Yes, if you look at the jelly roll you can see it's exactly like a jelly roll with white in the middle wrapped in black, only the colors are reversed so the skinner blend is with the color +black, jellyrolled with the black in the middle then wrapped in white.

Ok, I have another question. :) I wanted to know if you could tell me which back issue of PolymerCafe that is that has her article in it. I know they aren't putting out anymore magazines, but I wanted to try to hunt down this one in particular. I used to have it, but I tossed it and now I'm bummed that I did.

Thank you! The very deep ones are actually embossing folders, you find them in the scrapbooking/embossing powders area of the craft store. The other ones are just Makins.
