As for Noli, it's composed by Mo and produced by R-ji and Alas. It was inspired by the main couple of Rizal's novel 'Noli me Tangere': Maria Clara and Crisostomo Ibarra. The novel's setting is based on the period of Spanish colonization.

To add to that, Mo's perspective in the song is that Ibarra fights for his love for Maria Clara. Bec. in the novel the odds didn't favor the lovers, they went too much as lovers and as individuals. In the song, the lovers are victors. ❤

It may also be a representation of all members of the many Filipinos who went to Metro Manila for greener pastures. Though it may have not always been a better outcome for most, as resilient Filipinos, they strive to live and make meets end day by day. ❤ And you're right when it was like Taytay's song because many Filipinos thought that Manila would fulfill their dreams. ❤

Walang Hanggan Manila Dreams Noli Dagundong Dong-Dong-Ay Dayang Day and Night Multo and before anyone says something i rate the top 5 as EXCELLENT 5/5 and the last 3 as VERY GOOD 4/5. no bad songs found here. Even better than Pasulong which I also liked

5:51 i had the same question after listening to it the first time😅 It's RJI btw🤎Mo and RJi kinda sound similar (only) when hitting high notes. They're like the same Font but one is in bold, the other is italics. I really love MoJiTo's vocals/adlibs✨️

"Dayang" is basically about a guy whos been through a lot of bad relationships until the right one(dayang) comes along. In this song, i intend it to mean "darling" but could be interpreted to princes or love or any term of endearment. Thanks for the review!

That “IsaPuso” Sarimanok looks vibrant and nice! Cool design! The Sarimanok, by the way, is a mythical bird in Filipino (Maranao) lore. It’s a symbol of good fortune. “IsaPuso” is a play on words “Isa” (means one) and “Puso” (means heart) = ONE HEART. at the same time, “isapuso” is a Tagalog verb which means “to take to heart.”

'Dayang' can mean 'princess'. Basically, if 'Pasulong' has 'Maharani', 'IsaPuso' has 'Dayang'. According to Songtell, "The song "Dayang" by Alamat explores themes of longing, hope, and the search for love and fulfillment. It speaks about the journey of finding oneself and experiencing personal growth."

Yep. "Dayang-dayang" means Princess in Tausug language "Dayang" = darling/dear/beloved (modern usage)
