Excellent video. I wish more channels would include a woman. I think you hit upon something that no other channels have for Kamado Joe, that is the female perspective & thoughts. Bravo. I happen to have a Big Joe II. I use it primarily to do grilling and a lot of using the JoeTisserie with the basket from Napoleon. The BBQ flavor is outstanding. Occasionally I will smoke a brisket. I even use the Big Joe to cold smoke salmon which is spectacular. Keep your videos coming... Well Done 👍😊

looking for help -why do you think I get a taste of charcoal in my food its not at all pleasant and spoils the food ,even worse when using the slow roller.

Are you ensuring your fuel has had enough time to burn in - how much smoke is coming out of top? Also what fuel are you using?

@@BBQLANDSG4 i wait until the fire is well alight ,us the kamado joe big block you supplied with the classic , just seems to be when you put the slow roller in or the deflector plates that causes the smoke using as a grill no problems.thanks in advance
