Chicken looks delicious Susie! Have you tried the Lemon and Thyme Spatchcock from Waitrose? All the hard work done for you and is super yummy too! Today I ordered some of the Ninja Knives and I am very excited to get them, I have watched a few videos of them on youtube and they do look very very good! I hope you have a lovely weekend xx

Thank you , no I have not tried there spatchcock but I will do . I have not tried the Ninja knives either , I have a love for Wusthof knives or Zwilling although wasted on me as I chop everything slowly 😂😂 let me know how you find the knives . I am having a break in North Wales and hope to climb a mountain or two depending on the weather ! . I am sure it will all end up on my channel , hope you have a good weekend too xx
