Usually i never look into these types of titles and even these types of interviews. I started focusing much on spirituality and wanted to reduce my focus on these types of worldly affairs. but somehow i started watching it and OMG what a interview yaar. The way Venketesh speaks out is really awesome and mesmerizing because it is very practical, honest and coming from his heart. forgot about the chef job and whatever he has shared in best universal working ethics and attitude need to be followed across industries. it definitely changes the way i am thinking myself about my job and from t'row i enter my office with new perspective. these interviews need to be broadcast in many working places. the host also is fantastic and very cool person. kudos to all.

Put it this way, if the same call came to a soldier or an international pilot or a doctor in their line of duty and they had to miss it, will it draw the same type of criticism? A chef is no different and it’s unfortunate that the bad news came in when he was doing something that was close to his heart. You have to deal with these tough situations as it is part and parcel of the job and how you deal with it depends on the individual (in this case, he worked through ) So stop giving him slack We all praise Sachin for scoring a century after hearing his dad’s demise or Virat Kohli taking the filed after hearing about his dad passing away. So why not salute this chef?
