Yes, the Gaza part wasn't what it should have been. But at least she did include it, she recognized that it is a major issue. That specific question can be a tipping point, so if she were to be involved in getting a cease fire, that will help her. So lets hope that is a trigger for her to put more effort into getting there.

Two things: 1) Shouldn't it be a red flag to you that they overly relied on celebrities and Trump rhetoric? There was no substance or specificity for real issues. 2) They had no unified message other than talking about Trump for four straight days. When they have to rely on "beating Trump" and give no specific focus to actual issues, it's because they have no real platform to run on. Hating Trump doesn't solve anything in terms of actually fixing the country. I mean, if Trump wasn't running, what would they have even talked about for four days?

Everybody says she blundered the part about Gaza. OK. What should she have said? She called it a heartbreaking tragedy. She's not in charge yet. If she would have said "on day one I will cut the funding for Israel", that rocks the boat so hard it might help with voters but drive away donors. She MUST play the middle or risk losing everything. If it were me, I'd wait until about a week or two before the vote, when I had all the donations in the bank and didn't need any more money to finish out the campaign, then drop that bomb about cutting Israel's funding on her first day in office and urging Biden to do it sooner. Get all the votes, close enough to election time to matter, and lose none of the money. I'm not saying that's her plan, but it could be; it's what I would do.

I respect your sentiment but all the politicians in this race Kamala Harris is the least courageous at least likely to take risks she endorses the popular positions and shifts with the shifting tides. However, using terminologies like "terrorist" and "massacre" to describe what Hamas did and using "tragedy" and "heartbreaking" to describe what Israel and the IDF are doing like some natural disasters is not exactly the middle. The UN is the middle/center and has been condemning Israel for decades before the ongoing genocide and calling out its apartheid system. I hope you are right and I wish you a good day!
