I want laws preventing foreign governments and billionaires from purchasing massive amounts of property in our nation. Big corporations shouldn't be allowed to purchase mass swaths of residential homes, too. If you look at 2020, when the housing cost started skyrocketing, a lot of wealthy foreign diplomats, and big banks started buying up massive amounts of houses that the older generations were selling. The older generations doubled and sometimes tripled their investments. That is what made the housing crisis we have today. Banks are now slum lords charging top dollar. Foreign investors are just sitting on empty properties with intention to sell at top dollar, or also renting them out for top dollar only to take the earnings out of our country.

Does she not understand that a tax credit is not money in your pocket now. It is a tax credit, meaning after you have the kid or business for a year, you can get the credit. So it will not start small business unless you already have the money to run it long enough to see the tax credit. It will not help you buy items for new children until the next year's taxes are filed.

I want property taxes to be capped. Seniors losing their homes they paid for and paid tax on every year only to end up homeless because of property tax. This is TAX ON UNREALIZED GAINS.
