He's one of the underrated and underappreciated geniuses of this industry. Resident Evil 2, Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe, Okami, Bayonetta etc. Some of the greatest games of all time. Iconic, groundbreaking and unique games. I love him and I look forward to Project GG and whatever else he creates.

This game spoke to me like no other. And I mean the design intent, the purpose of the systems, the themes that goes into the character reflecting in her fighting styles. Bayonetta had spoiled, and is still spoiling me to this day due to how well thought out everything is. It is the game that pops up in my mind whenever 'game design' is even mentioned. Have yet to try the sequel, and may soon try 101, but until then Bayonetta hasn't been dethroned. Always have the itch for another dance in the game. Also, Happy belated 12th Anniversary to Bayonetta !

One of my dreams is for him to be able to make a new DMC with the ideas he has for it. Much before Devil May Cry 5 was even announced, Kamiya said he'd like to make DMC 5 seeing he has the ideas and concept for it. I'm a Hideaki Itsuno fan and DMC 5 is brilliant, but man, Kamiya creating a new DMC would be a dream come true for me.

Good he has been more involved in Bayonetta 3, the truth is that I did not like B2 as much as B1. Anyway, I just hope that he does not let Nintendo or Sega steal the Bayonetta franchise, like Capcom stole Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe and Okami :P xD

Ask him why they had to turn Babylon's Fall from single-player hack 'n' slash like DMC/Bayonetta to always-online Game-as-a-Service co-op bullshit. Was it enforced decision by Square Enix, because live service games get higher profits? People deserve answers.

They never said Babylon's Fall was going to be a single player game, and PlatinumGames opened a new office specifically for working on live service titles.
