@@BoellOyino Can i ask you something? Do you have any books to recommend for those who want to learn self-taught? And how you come up with those poses, do you use references? Thanks
@BoellOyino4 жыл бұрын
@@giorgiamichelin6817 Hi Giorgia ! Hope you had a wonderful start to 2021. Well the tile I learnt how to draw there was no KZbin and video tutorial were at birth. Now you've both boks and video so the first thing is to know what media you prefer between them ? As I'm concerned I prefer books, and I learnt anatomy with a very old which doesn't exist but there tons of good books like Morpho. For posing actually I learnt it with drawing heads and hands by Andrew Loomis and above all Creative Illustration by the same Andrew Loomis which I really recommend ! I learnt that posing was a matter of construction, how you built apealing compositions using the shapes and angles of body parts. I was keen of fashion so I saw a lot of fashion poses in magazines, I also like how choregrapher and dancer moves, as well as stuntman. By the time you make a lot of pose studies from these areas, you will start to grab that knowledge. Sorry for my english and have a nice day ! Don't hesitate if you have other questions

@@BoellOyino thank you so much...and for the clothing's folds and the lights? Do you have other books or tips ?
@BoellOyino3 жыл бұрын
@@giorgiamichelin6817 No for folds and drapery I looked at Alfons Mucha's work and fr coloring I just tried to mimic the way my fv artists were used to paint (Alfons Mucha, Takeshi Obata, Ayami Kojima, Akio Sugino)
