Great video and demonstration of dedication and "labor of love" like you said! I would recommend adding a positive enforcer within the heated shelter/bunker- such as their favorite foods/treats. You would be surprised how quickly they pickup the routine and will start heading back toward the heated shelters when they know it's time to call it a night!

We have our TORTOISES that are between 67-75 y/o.,....Includes 3 Sulcatas and 2 Aldabras that are "DIRECT" from AFRICA.,.....After "WW2" my parents (long passed on) were pilots and they spent a number of years ferrying animals (exotics esc.).My mom was given these tortoises between 1948/1955.They're still (more than ever) thriving on our 6&1/2 acre Lower Keys property.I'm in my 60's now and my twin daughters M.D.'s/Phd's have the grand-kid well educated in the EXOTICS world.The grandkids LOVE learning from your "VIDS".,.....Keep up the GREAT work.,.....A "BIG"(important P.S.),.....did ya ever try swimming in the Ocean with an ALDABRA????,....And you (on your AWSOME vids) talk about putting yours to bed.,...You're just good "ALL-OVER" for torts.
@princewilliamthefox38258 жыл бұрын
Well,you oughta' see 'em turn over a LAREGE picnic table (WITH the bench-seats attached,)....and then,as cool and calm as ever,lay down for an afternoon nap with a Key DEER laying next to her,a peaceful scsne for sure that brings an "inner smile" & sense of peace & contentment.

Your The Man Kenan, Thanks for doing right by the animals and making sure EVERYTHING is taken care of to make sure they are Healthy & Happy. Humans like to use the idea of a PET to get something while it's a fad or to make them feel better or special and not do right by the needs and requirements an animal needs. Your a good guy and doing a GREAT JOB, keep up the good work. Do you ever have tours of your facility (IE Home)? Wish you and your family The Best & Happy Holidays
