🌷🌷🌷I will add one very important thing: start healing your childhood traumas sooner if you have any (I think the majority of us have), find a good therapist, don't underestimate their work. I started my healing process at 29. Now I am almost 32. I am amazed how my perspective on things have changed. Even though I did my best in my 20s, I see that I missed a lot of opportunities because I acted based on traumas. So ladies, add this to your list 🌻

@@beccakavejata3215 hi Becca, this might be so hard to hear but you really shouldn't be in a relationship at your age. You need to learn and achieve a lot before you get consumed by relationships and all that comes with it. Ask yourself why you're in this relationship and what you're gaining from it. Be really true to yourself and you'll see that you don't need this at your stage in life. You can also talk to a lot of women that started dating early or married early and they never have good things to say about it. Please read more, research more and listen to a lot of experienced coaches and you'll understand. Don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you what to do, just dropping my own 2 cents.

Choose a time to wake up and stick to it. Plan out your optimal morning flow and stick to it! There’s no cookie cutter answer. You have to know what produces the most productive you, and commit to making that your lifestyle.

I actually agree with the need to start it early(since the video is focusing on those in their 20s). In fact, the earlier(teen period) the better. Plus it is never too late for those in my age range, 30s and above. It may seem like you are doing too much when your peers cannot relate but trust me, it will pay off along the way. Be disciplined. I am so so so thankful that I ran across this video. I’m in my early 20s and I just changed my career path bc I thought I was chasing after something I wanted but turns out that I’m happier doing something else. I’m sort of in this stage “What’s next” stage which often makes me feel confused and worry whether I’m doing the right thing. ✨ New Subscriber ✨

I just love you 😍, especially about how you are constantly growing in your niche . It is inspiring ☺️ For podcast recommendation 1.A feminine impression ( all about feminity and it is really calming to listen to ). 2. The Quiet Girl podcast (it is a starter podcast but I think you will love it especially the episode titled the Nigerian tag 🤣) The self pod podcast ( she is Nigerian her voice is calming and it is all about leveling up psychologically and being the better version on oneself ). Lastly please Kamsi when is the room tour I really want to see it Please please 🙏🙏🙏

We think sooo similarly I love meeting level headed beautiful babes with boundaries (like myself😂) also I get annoyed sooo easily so I feel you, I just use it as inspo for my KZbin vids and turn it into comedy and ppl usually find it funny. I recommend turning rants into jokes it’s the perfect coping mechanism >>>
