Question, I live in Pennsylvania in the US and am working on moving to Ottawa for about 2 years now, and will be moving my business up with me. What are some good resources & websites in Canada for finding industrial commercial sites? Here we mostly use a site called Loopnet, but the listings for there in Ottawa are *very* limited on LN, so my assumption is Canadians use different sources. Any guidance is appreciated!

Hello CF - when you say industrial commercial sites are you referring to leasing/purchasing commercial propertY? 16 minutes without traffic - with traffic you could be looking 45 minutes -1 hour depending on departure time. You have to gauge rush hour and play it accordingly to your schedule to get ahead of the main part of the rush. Things are obviously a little different during the pandemic with timing as a lot of people are working from home.

For a 3+ bedroom, detached single 'free-hold' home built after 2000 in Kanata you are looking $721k average list price and $747k average sold price but obviously this is just a snapshot view with a few variables in there. Numbers are approximate and vary.
