Dear David thank you so much for your very informative videos. I am watching them all and Hopefully will be ready for my PMP 2022 exam. Could you kindly clarify why Kanban does not prescribe Iteration? isnt it that to complete each srpint or Iteration we use Kanban Board? Guilda.

Hi Guilda, you are correct, we often use a Kanban board to visualise the work! But the iterative part of Agile comes mostly from Scrum (with its 2-week sprints) or XP. Kanban as a method came from the Toyota Production System (as early as 1948), and it literally means "sign board".
