I have a question on Timeboxing of the Scrum of Scrum meetings, due to complexity of structure does the time box of meeting is more than 15 minutes or it is 15 minutes each time , three times a week?

In theory, there is no set time. In the real world, it will depend on the teams, dependencies, complexity, etc. Also in the real world, I would steer away from these meetings unless they really really add value. You might get a similar result with just a program visual management board (i.e a program schedule for everyone to see, backlog of releases, risks, etc.) Both SAFe and LeSS advise the best way to scale is NOT to scale, and I agree 🙂 The best projects I've been on kept these meetings short or non-existent, as the benefit was minimal.
