So, today we are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law eating pumpkin shoots curry and corn rice. Pumpkin shoots is a very easy and easy vegetable to cook for every Nepali. But very few people know the taste of corn rice and shoots. Very few people have eaten pumpkin shoots with corn rice. On top of this, we also ate corn rice and curd today. It was very sweet. You must try at your home too.

Hello from across the world, I lived in Nepal for a short year and had many homemade meals by my ex-partner's aama, in kathmandu. I regret not having visited and seen much of the countryside of Nepal and I hope one day to do so. Nepal has found such a special place in my heart for so many reasons, but at heart of it, your country feels sacred. Within the heartbeat of your people feels like something sacred is still alive. Something I have not encountered in many places on such a collective level. Yes, in some places you'll find this, but in Nepal I felt it everywhere, no matter if it was in a big congested city, or with a certain caste or peoples, it was in everyone. Not just kindness and friendliness, sacred in a religious way. It is beautiful. The humanity that is deeply lost in our Western hearts, still resides within you. To the youth of Nepal: Please don't look up to the western ways of life. We've done much harm to the world's nations outside of the collective West (EU and US) and we've exhausted the fertile soil, not even within our own grounds but of those countries in Africa, Asia and South America, without gratitude or care and Mother Earth as well as future wars will have us repent for this suffering we've caused. So please, cherish what you have; although I know how difficult life is within Nepal's economy and its governance for all of you. I still hope you can find your way through it all. Similarly, I mourn for the nepali royal family that is no longer, as I feel that within the people of Nepal, the monarchy is still alive. I hope one day justice will be served and that karma will work its magic to give back to the people what they've lost. I hope one day the Truth may surface. Jai Nepal, may God bless you.
