The answer is big no.. The Container Houses are made up of metal which is a conductor. An enclosed Conductor, just like one of these houses, makes a FARADAY's CAGE. A Faraday's Cage is enclosed boundary that doesn't let Electric Field to pass through. also there will be proper earthing done in addition to it just like the cement and brick built houses.
