Not recommended for few reasons: 1. We don't know what was transported during the life stage of that container (it can be toxic and harmful to health) which will effect our health. 2. A container is a container to ship materials that's the purpose of it. You cannot build or convert to a house and live permanently in it.Maybe can be used in farm house for weekend stay and temp. office.

I googled ‘life span of shipping containers’ and it said average of 25 years. If you keep a container in a place and build as a house it might not give more than 35-40 years. Not sure why sir say 200 years.

Low height ceiling fan we can use , but not chandelier as height will be only 8-8.5 ft, if you intend to use chandelier we can club 2 containers together and we can get 16ft height where we can use easily.. Thanks

Sir, this is corten steel, basically made for rust freeness.. also it's painted with epoxy, so free from rust in sea.. When you make home in used containers, we also do same epoxy paint and its not prone to sea anymore.. also many cases we cover outer container as well with the cladding sheet, so no rain or sun get direct connection to container... More doubt pls call us.. thanks
