Aac block are recommend technically where load can't be maintained, but currently as marketing strategy they were considered in external wall.. If water absorb external wall waterproofing and it's compressive strength below standard

There are ACC blocks available in market with the best compressive strength and moreover we can practically see more than 3 floor building completely built with ACC blocks, it is water proof, fire proof and has a very good finishing and apart from all these things it reduces the cost of and cement plastering and labour costs where we can reduce the time of construction.. offcourse these ACC blocks has their minimal cons but while comparing to interlock bricks i beleive this is best.. 🙏🏻

Actually I searched 3 month's all contractor working in Interlock field everyone giving quotation similar to normal brick building. Only maximum 15% can be reduced tat too in the hands of interlock contractor.. for 1000sqt interlock quotation minimum 18lahks.. 13lahks ku yaru sir panranga 😅.., it's a myth.

This is truth. Transport charges and waterproofing concept not made clear by anyone. No need of cement sand plastering less time for construction. Eventhen no reduction in construction cost. Water proofing issues are still existing
