Join with me for a Kandyan dance based short cardio workout ! (Session 02) Make a little space at home , play the video and follow up 💃🏼. It’s fun and easygoing, so anyone who has done a bit of Kandyan dancing can try this out ( age isn’t a problem at all, even kids would be able to do).
