Yeah great spot and great to be able to share it with family. Shame about the bushfires. We have been where we are for about 35 years now and I never remember being overly concerned by bushfires but it seems that every year now we have them close or have to be ready to bolt.

A fact of life nowadays unfortunately - was involved in both the 2007 and 2020 KI fires, both of which burned to within metres of the family homes and they were only saved by fire retardant drops. You may be able to pick up in this video that last year's fire burned right down to the marina.

Doesn't matter if they are ugly zebra fish or anything else, if I catch that many fish in a session I'm a happy man haha. Loved the pro release on the whiting lol. Great video Frank

Haha I wish I had other people in my family who are interested in fishing other than my grandfather and even he is a bit over fishing. Not like he was 40 to 50 years ago. I’m pretty much by my self.
