Daniel's skills are undisputed, but, kinda, I would like to hear snare with better killing sound.

I didn't get a multitrack from band that time so that was the best sounds I was able to get. Also it was a loaner kit and I think even the snare wasn't his own so that might play a role too. It's not bad as such but I know what you mean.

@@anttikangasaho Right, Antti. I have had, in my youth, 25 years ago, old but gold Pearl snare. All I can remember from that time is his killer sound, deep and profound like a lake. Like a shot of a gun in the wasteland. My band plays Death Metal in those early '90ties and bandmates were astonished with my snare drum sound. I think I just miss all that time. Luckily, in the other Daniel's vids with drum cam, his snare sounds much better (e.g. Tuska, 2011). Cheers!
