Hello. You can just indicate "mourning crow-like sound" you can use a freehand line to indicate pitch. Drawing up and down.

how do we notate the helicopter tonguing?

I did some research. There is no standardized notation so you can create your own (example square notehead) and define it in performance notes for the piece.
