They already assisted with the occupation in 1992. 20% of Azerbaijan land was under Armenian occupation. 4 un resolutions for unconditional withdrawal of the Armenian forces, but they didn't comply . Is it ok for Ukrain to take back its land but not ok for the Azeris? Armenians have done terrible things to Azeris in the 1992 invasion, and they deserve every karma. Azerbaijan, turkey and Georgia should keep the borders shut until they learn how to value human life. In 2020 Azerbaijan attacked and ethnically cleansed Nagorno Karabakh Armenians from their ancestral homelands, and displaced the whole population (around 150,000) from their homes. Lukashenko, being part of the CSTO defensive alliance with Armenia (along with Russia and four central Asian countries,) congratulated Azerbaijan for a victory that he claimed he had a hand in organizing. It has also come to light that Belarus and Russia supplied Azerbaijan with weapons and tactical support for the 2020-2022 attacks. Pashinyan, in response to Lukashenko's congratulatory remarks in Azerbaijan, publicly stated that neither he, nor any Armenian delegates will set foot in Belarus while Lukashenko is the President. This verbal sparring is just Lukashenko being an idiot and trying to stir the pot. Nothing more.

Germany and Japan have a population of about 84+125, about 210 Million people while Russia and Belarus together have about 142 + 8.7 about 151 million people, combined respectively. This means Russia and Belarus economy is a puddle of mud compared to the large pool of other economies. It makes sense why Belarus has problems having a video conference .

Just Holland, Belgium and Denmark put together have higher GDP than Russia. While poor Belarus has GDP lower than countries like Lithuania (3 times smaller in population), Slovenia (5 times smaller population) or Luxemburg(20 times smaller in population).

Your first sentence is incorrect. GDP PPP of the 3 countries you listed here combined (Netherlands > 1460 billions $ + Belgium > 863.84 billions $ + Denmark > 496.7 billions $ = 2820.54 billions $) is 2.4 times lower than Russia (6910 billions $). Your second sentence is also incorrect, as Lithuania (154.62 billions $), Slovenia (117.99 billions $) and Luxembourg (101.886 billions $) all have lower GDP PPP than Belarus (293.14 billions $). Facts don't care about your feelings mate, sorry.
