My goodness there was so much good information packed in there. I'm going to have to watch this several times. Even though my particular Shito-Ryu dojo doesn't practice Kanku Sho, there were similar moves in several other katas we do, and I can appreciate a lot of the principles you were covering. Thank you for sharing.
