show our house walls are racked, compound is cracked i am one of the client for kites jand designs and constructions and paid 50 lakhs till today not completed. and they will not be available for phone also. they will never visit the site, no curing for building, dirty work in electricity. two fans is connected with only one regulator, and only one switch. for lighting 5 to 6 lihts only one switch. they will cheat maximum. upvc windows are not proper and univform. no glass is finished. which is dancing and no smooth movements. kitchen not completed. plumbing sanitary work is not at all good are are leaking. water leaking. . teak wood doors you will not get they say and while fitting it is not teak wood

They will charge addiltional amount . they will never see the site and sit in computer and you will get a plan later they will add charges there are two types the approximate expenditure is 2 lakhs but actual cost is 5 lakhs this is how they cheat the customers. and further they take beam and construct like first floor. then no question of filling thge base at all. .
