Consult with an Advocate before signing the agreement without fail. Stamp duty value should be checked for the total value mentioned in the agreement. Also Agreement should be registered.

They tell they can build any house but when i contacted my plan was below 1200 sqfeet build up, and they said they wont do again they only called when i said below 1200 they said they can't Later they called again one more day and they said they will do visit office In the initial stage only they are like this once we start with RCC how to trust them😊😊

Mostly in India out of the contract only works should keep the good relationship with the client and the contractor the things will go to smoothly so whenever the contractor ask money you have to pay support him whenever the client needed the contractor has to if he has a money has to work for the client and ask for the money later so this how works in India legally agreement all these things are cities never use never be possible because the legal system is very poor in India

Namma duddu avara mele irovaaga agreement na contractor yaak insist maadbeku? He can write everything sign himself and give. Why should owner sign the agreement? If owner signs the agreement, he is under the mercy of the contractor. Contractor can run away and bring a court stay under some flimsy grounds - nim site ge neeve entry kondangilla hang aguthe. Thumba kade e thara aagive. Owners beware, sign the agreement only if you benefit from it. Else kaasu kottu adeno maadskondru anno thara aaguthe amele.

Very clear favour is only in favour of the contractor , loss is 200% for the owner without satisfaction in the quality of work. If planning to build a house get it dine by involving yourself in puchace at every step , by hiring a contractor. Giving it to these people you are in a BIG TRAP. PLEASE BEWARE. This is a clear TRAP.

But the problem is agreement is ok but the our legal system is very poor so who will go to court to fight for Rs 2 lakh Rupees or 3 lakh rupees for 20 years or 30 years or 40 years sometimes may be my my grandson will get this to 2 lakh from the contractor😂
