Yes sir, we have an agreement with the company named Dand C, means design and construction, owner name is priyadarshi Mishra North Indian from Delhi, he has taken five lacks as advance for construction, till today he is not responded to do the work or not returned the money,all are cheaters including staffs, in the mid he merged dand c with house joy company, and not informed officially, he doesn't have maaners to returnthe money, we demolished the house and given to him, we have agreement letter, please guide us howto recover mony from him, we are sending lawer notice to him to take leagal action and punishment, all construction peoples are habitually cheater.
