Even though Jazz was born in New Orleans, Jazz is said to have grown up in Kansas City. Master Craftsman Mike Corrigan, the maker of BAC (Best American Craftsman) Instruments, is widely known as the Horn Doctor. Mike has preserved the dying craft of hand crafting high quality instruments. This particular model, the BAC SLKC is a tribute to the many Jazz Trombonists of Kansas City, featuring a 500 bore, Yellow Brass Bell, 500 Born Nickel Hand slide, Nickel Brass for brighter sound, and plays big. Like all other BAC instruments, a lightweight highly protective fiberglass case helps protect your instrument while you travel gig to gig, show to show.
