This was a much more clever move by Kanye than you think. He said Niggas WAS in Paris instead of Nigga's WERE in Paris.. So we can interpret it as a Person Named Niggas in Paris.. But it would be a use of the N word in the other case with no other interpretation. Kanye was an African American so using the N word is not that big of a problem compared to when a white person says the the N word.. Still for world peace , Kanye chose not to imply the N word.
