sound frequencies really do have an impact on our body and spirit, but i think the feeling you described is more due to the fact that you never heard a song like this before : a song without any drums, with only two tracks of instrument (bass/guitar) mixed in a very dynamic way, with a voice mixed in an interface between distortion and harmony, with the presence of a very intense choir supporting Kanye lyrics, with a technical rap part provided by no one but Jay-Z and with a sudden drop where we can only hear a "dope ass beat".
