Whether people hate him or not, you can't say he's not a genius, because he is. I look up to him, and if you get past all of the yelling and aggressive surface and actually listen to what he's saying, it can actually open your eyes to what society is. He teaches me not to conform to societies expectations, and to just be myself because it's okay.
@LickMyKicks039 жыл бұрын
Yesss he's very intelligent.!

Daniel Pino that's his opinion. Celebrities are allowed to have opinions, just like the rest of us.
@jimmya86579 жыл бұрын
Okay, no. He teaches you not to conform but he is the culture and you follow him and listen to him? That totally makes sense buddy. Do you even know what conformity is? And second of all, he doesn't even write his own music, so if he is "inspirational" it's not really him, it's his writers and fucking auto tune. And finally, rock and roll will never be tamed by this asshole, it's where all the real talent is. People who play instruments and actually sing are talented, people who take credit for other peoples work, don't even sing and use artificial beats aren't talented.
@lola98279 жыл бұрын
Jimmy a conform: to comply with standards. He may be "pop culture" but I enjoy the fact that he doesn't really care what people think and he doesn't bite his tongue, not really his music. I listen to mainly alternative music, and a bit of rnb. I also like some classic rock. Just because i like Kanye doesn't mean i listen to a lot of rap/hip hop.
@icrashtoyotas4fun8189 жыл бұрын
No one is going to argue with Kanye being one of the better musicians in his genre right now, but he's got a ways to go before he can start calling himself a musical genius and comparing himself to the likes of Michael Jackson, John Lennon, Kurt Cobain, or even the heralds of his own genre like Tupac or Biggie. The fact that he has to constantly remind his audience that he thinks he's the greatest should speak for himself. If he was who he said he was, he wouldn't need self-affirmation.
@lamarana1310 жыл бұрын

On a more serious note, kanye west has been an inspiration to me for my whole life. He is the rawest person and has the whole world against him most of the time but he always surpasses and tells the story how it really went down. He gets clowned on for being expressive but that's what 99% of people want to do to anyone who expresses themselves freely. Kanye is a true artist and a successful businessman and I hope hes proud of himself like i wish to be of myself someday.

God damn that Kanye is something. I swear he has earned the GOAT status no matter what. He is just ahead of everyone else. He has worked on about 20 albums and they are insane. He did not only lift himself, he also changed Jay-Z, Pusha, Big Sean, Cudi, Wayne, Alicia, Teyana Taylor, Drake, Lamar, Weeknd, Travis. He's not only a rapper, he's a Producer, Writer, Musician, Designer, Politician, Fashion, Actor, Philanthropist, Director, Historian, and above all a decent Human Being. I consider him to be above Disney, Mozart, Musk, and Jobs. He's way up there with Gandhi, Einstein, and Tesla. He's our person of the 21st century. I said what I said, just because am black doesn't mean it's less true. I really consider him to be the best there is. An absolute definition of Change.

He is where be is because of his mentality and the critics who are below him or any other celeb in this hierarchy we have in society are where they are because of there mentality and mindset. Kanye is dope because he is simply more conscious of coarse he is misunderstood and is often looked at as "arrogant or aggressive" people will find any reason to call him out on his traits. Kanye is so commonly misconstrued as someone who complains a lot and is arrogant/full of himself. But this is far from the truth. I believe Kanye is trying to incite passion and motivation in us as a society to be the best we can be. He is trying to show us how we are enslaved to certain things and convince us since we have only one limited lifetime, we have to live with constant ambitions that challenge standards and change or innovate things around us. I really look up to Kanye because he has taught me so much I know and keep close to heart today.
