I am D S Nanaware aged 56 years, presently residing in Chennai. I & my wife follow your channel and do Yoga & Pranayam on daily basis since lockdown. After warm up & light kriyas, we do Uom. Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, deep breathing, Nadishodhan, Anulom vilom & Bhamari pranayam. I am feeling body ache after yoga particularly lower part of body (below waist). Will you suggest any remedial action?

योगा करते समय मेरी सास कभी कभी गले में रुक जाती है जिसके कारण में कपालभाति या bhatrika बरा बर नहीं कर सकता हूं इसका क्या कारण हो सकता है
